Jewelry from Lightfoot Woods ships from our Studio in New York.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for production of your item if the item you have chosen is a piece pictured as an example. All of Caitlin’s work is one of a kind and pieces pictured may need to be replicated with a similar stone.

  • For domestic orders, we provide the following shipping options once your order is completed:

    • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-6 business days

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days

    • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days

    • FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day

  • For international orders, we offer DHL Express with delivery in 2-7 business days, once your piece is completed.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days (once your item is completed) for order processing before shipment.

    Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

    Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
